CUTTING ON CNC MACHINE
Our company offers plasma cutting on CNC machine. We also offer shape cuttings made with maximum accuracy, the most effective use of board and minimal waste.
- Materials: structural steel (black, galvanized, stainless steel.
- Width of material:
0.5 – 10 mm (clean-cut)
to 16 mm (rough-cut) - Maximum dimension of cut material: 1500 x 3000 mm.
- Cutting is carried out according to your drawings in paper or electronic form (DXF, DWG formats, etc.)
We also provide technological operations of the produced shape cutting (edging, welding, bending, surface finish).
WELDING
We provide welding of constructive, stainless steel, high alloy steels:
- MIG/MAG
- TIG
- AUTOGEN
We are able to produce weldments of bigger dimensions and weights.
Long experience of our qualified workers ensure high standard of our services.
There is, of course, a possibility to finish surface of the products. For our customers we provide the following surface finish in cooperation with our contractors (powder painting, hot dip galvanizing, galvanic zinc coating – blue, yellow, black chromate), tinning, chromimum plating, parkerizing, nickel-plating, blacking).
PRESSING
Our company has technologies for metal pressing on eccentric presses up to force of 1000 kN.We produce any types of pressings by means of cuttingand forming instruments. These will be produced including CAD/CAM documentation and storing.
We provide surface finish on all produced pressings at customer´s wish.
